11002 – Setting up your Affiliate Portal

The Affiliate Portal is where your Affiliates will login to check their clicks and views, as well as the Commission earned on their sales. Here they will also get access to their Affiliate Links and Resources.

To enable the Affiliate Portal, you need to create a Commission Program.

Once created, this means that you are using the Affiliate center and therefore, the Affiliate destination on your website will be available. (domainname.com/affiliates)

This will allow someone to login to Affiliates Portal.
If you have not created a commission program yet and someone tried to access the domainname.com/affiliates, they will be redirected to a 404 page or if you have set up 301 Redirect feature which automatically redirect people to a specific page if they try to go to a page that does not exist in the Global settings.
