12031 – How to Send Login Details When Someone Purchases an External Product

By default, when someone purchases an external product only (not a bundle), we register the user to the Members area with access to the external product however, he will not receive an email with the login details.

To send the user an email with the login details, you may enable this option in the Settings.

To do this

  • Go to Settings in the left-sidebar menu and then select Global Settings.
  • In the Global Settings, click on the User Registration at the very bottom.
  • Then, enable the Send login details on External product purchase option.
  • Click on SAVE CHANGES.

That’s it! You are done! You may disable it anytime you want.
