10002 – Working with your Transactions page

Your KLEQ site includes a Transactions section that will help you track all the sales for your products in detail.

To Get Started:

  • Go to Sales in the left sidebar menu and then select Transactions.
  • The Transactions dashboard will open showing a list of all the sales you received for your courses.

Here you will see the following details:

+ The Date the sales were made
+ Name and Email of the customer
+ Name of the Product purchased
+ Total Price of the Product
+ Payment System (Stripe/PayPal) used in the transaction and indication if it is a new sales or re-bills/renewals
+ Source of the purchase. If that sale came from a Source tracking link
+ Name of the Affiliate – It will show you who is getting the commission for that sale (Level 1 and Level 2 parent)

  • You can also access a customer’s profile from the Transactions section by clicking on their name. Clicking will redirect you to the Customer section and open the customer’s profile.

NB! Only PayPal and Stripe transactions will reflect on the Transactions dashboard.
You will see it either under the Payment System or the payment system icon on the screen.
If you are using another payment system such as InfusionSoft, you may check the transaction details directly from the Infusionsoft website.

 


 

How to use the Search function

At the top of the Transactions dashboard, you will find a Search section.

To search for a specific person’s purchases:
  • Enter that person’s name or email in the first search field provided.
  • Then click on the Search button.
  • This will pull up a list of all sales made by that particular user.
To search for purchases made during a specific period:
  • Select a Start Date and End Date of the period you would like to review.
  • Then click on the Search button
  • This will pull up all the sales made during that specific period.
To search for a specific person’s purchases made during a specific period:
  • Enter that person’s name or email in the first search field provided
  • Select a Start Date and End Date of the period you would like to review
  • Then click on the Search button. This will pull up only that particular user’s purchases for the period selected.
To search for purchases according to a product:
  • Click the drop-down menu where you see All Products
  • Select the product you would like to search
  • Then click on the Search button. This should display all transactions with the selected product
To search for purchases associated with an affiliate
  • Look for the drop-down menu with Select Affiliate and click on it.
  • Select a specific affiliate.
  • Then click on the Search button.

 


 

How to Export a list of Sales

If you would like to export a full list of sales to a CSV file, simply click on the Export button near the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Once clicked, the CSV file will immediately begin to download to your computer

If you only want specific details included in the CSV file, select the search parameters you want first, then click the Export button.

This CSV file will then only have the specific sales records you requested.
This includes Date | First Name | Last Name | Full Name | Email | Product Name | Product Type | Product Item ID | Quantity | Currency | Affiliate | Commission | Billing | Shipping information | Tax amount | Purchase source data (PayPal or Stripe) and etc.
