Update Subscriptions in the member’s area

Once the offers are already created in the admin area, your members will get access to update their subscriptions.

To do this:
  • In the members area, click on the Avatar icon and then select Billing.
  • The Billing pop-up window will appear.
Select the Subscriptions and then click on the Update Your Subscription button.
  • The Update Your Subscription pop-up window will appear.
This will show all the offers available.
  • Select from the offers by clicking the radio button, accept the terms and then click on the UPDATE button.
  • NB: After clicking the UPDATE button.
For Stripe users, the upgrade will be automatically processed and the previous subscription will be canceled.
For PayPal users, they will be redirected to the PayPal’s login page that requires them to enter first. Once logged in, they will have to select the correct payment information.

NOTE: If there is a trial period, the upgrade will use any trial that the user might already be on. For example: If the user was on 14 day trial in monthly and he is on day 10 then there are 4 days left to his trial. This will be used when upgrading by creating a subscription with 4 days trial (The number of trial days left).

That’s it! You are done and your members can now upgrade or downgrade (if enabled) their subscription by logging in to their members area profile.
