Download a list of your Registered Users or Referrals

• Go to Boosters and then select Viral Shares.
  
• In the Viral Share dashboard, to the right of your Viral Campaign, you will find 6 buttons.
  
• The first button displays the total number of people who have registered for your Viral Campaign.
• The 2nd button displays the total number of people have been referred by the registered users.
• To get access to the data linked to either of these buttons, simply click on the button and a CSV file will immediately begin downloading to your computer.
• In this file you will find the list of registered users or referrals, their email address, status (active or pending), Goals etc

How to search for a Registered User or Referral

If you need to find details on a specific registered user or a referral, you can use the Search button (magnifying glass) to the right of your Viral Campaign.

• • Click on the Search button to the right of your Viral Share Campaign
    The Search Members pop-up will appear
  • Enter the user’s email or Share ID in the field provided
  • Click on Search
  • In the next screen, you will see all the details linked to that user:Name
    Will be the name of the user (if it was provided)
    
    Email
    Will be the users emailStatus
    If the user is active, the toggle will be set to ON
    If you need to activate a users registration manually, simply change this toggle from ‘Pending’ to ‘ON’.Viral Share ID
    The user’s unique ID

    Total Referrals
    The total number of referrals the user has referred.

    Active Referrals
    The total number of referrals that are active

    Pending Referrals
    The total number of referral that are not active

    Goal Status
    Shows whether or not the user has met the set viral share goals

    Re-Send Registration Email
    You can resend the registration email to this user by clicking on the Email button. The registration email setup in your Viral Campaign will be resent to the user.

    Referrals
    Under the Referrals section you will see all the referrals for this user.
    However many referrals display under Total Referrals, will display in the Referrals section, along with their name, email and referral status.

  You will also find a Re-Send Registration Email icon next to each referral, once clicked the registration email setup in your Viral Campaign will be resent to that specific referral.
