Your members can use the Forum Menu for easier navigation and search.
The menu has 5 options: Categories, Unread Posts, Latest Posts, Watched Posts and Muted Posts.
Simply tap on the drop-down arrow and select the option.
Note: Home page will remember the option selected. For example if user selects Latest Posts and goes to another page, the next time he comes back to the forum home page, then the Latest post will be shown (not the Categories).
Categories
By default when user first land on the forum the option is set as Categories and this will display the current categories or sections. 
Unread Posts
This feature will display all the unread threads.
Latest Posts
This feature will display all the newest threads, replies and comments since the member’s last visit. 
Watched Posts
This feature will display all the followed thread of the logged in user.
Muted Posts
This feature will display all the muted thread posts.
Mark All Posts as Read
Once clicked, this will mark all unread posts as read. 
Search
Allows your members to search the entire forum based on a keyword. The result will include all threads, replies, and comments that contain the searched keyword. Upon click, the search popup window will appear, and the member can enter the keyword they want to search in the forum. 
How to Add a Thread to your Watched list
- Access the thread that you want to follow or watch, click the ellipsis icon on the upper right corner of the page.
- Then tap Watch from the options below.
- Once it is watched, the thread will appear in the Watched Posts.
If there are updates or new posts in the followed thread, the user will also receive an email notification.
How to Remove a Thread from your Watched list
- Access the thread that you want to unfollow, then click the ellipses icon on the upper right corner of the page.
- Then tap Unwatch from the options below.
How to Mute a Thread
When you mute a forum thread meaning that you do not want to be notified about anything from that post any more even if you created or participated in the post so you will not be notified on Avatar Notifications, on Web notification if enabled, on App notifications if app is used and if you don’t check, then you also receive an email with missed notifications.
- Access the thread that you want to mute and click the ellipsis icon on the upper right corner of the page.
- Then tap Mute from the options below.
- Once it is muted the thread will appear on the Muted Posts.
How to Unmute a Thread
- Access the thread that you want to unmute and click the ellipsis icon on the upper right corner of the page.
- Then tap Unmute from the options below.
How to add more emojis reactions
- To add more emojis, tap and hold the heart icon in the bottom right corner of the post.
- Then, tap the ellipsis.
- You may now scroll up and select your preferred emoji.
