This feature triggers your Form Popup or Audience and Form popup as your customers move away from your Campaign page (either to the Exit button or other tabs in open browser). This is particularly handy if you want to give customers a convenient way to optin to your special offer.
To setup this feature:
- Go to Campaigns then select the relevant Campaign and page you would like to edit (e.g. Order Page).
- Once the page editor is opened, click on Page Options in the left-sidebar menu.
- Click on More Options, switch the toggle on the Show Popup On Exit option.
- A drop-down will appear, simply select the Optin Box setup you prefer:
- Once selected, click on SAVE.
That’s it, the Show Popup on Exit is enabled.
Now when customers move to page exit points, the Popup will appear.
