[Important Final Step]

Your customers’ email is their unique ID and it is used to redirect them to the correct customized content in your campaign, once they have registered.

To ensure that their email is recognized by KLEQ, follow these steps

  • Go to the list of Campaign Pages that you are currently editing
  • Just below the Page name, you will see the unique URL slug for that page e.g. /r19c3brj
  • Click on it. This will open the edit field for the URL.
  • You need to make sure that you pass the contact email by adding
    ?contactEmail=XXX behind the URL e.g. /r19c3brj?contactEmail=XXX
  • Then you are going to replace the XXX with the dynamic value for the contact email. For example, if you are using Infusionsoft, they have a merge field that allows you to dynamically insert your customers email. All Emailing systems will allow you to do that and will have their own dynamic merge field that you can use.

How this works:

  • When customers reach your launch or sales pages, KLEQ checks which User Group they belong to based on their email and then displays the relevant customized content for that group.
  • If the customer is not registered to a specific User group, they will simply be shown the default content setup for your campaign.
