To integrate your ConvertKit account, simply follow these steps:
- In your KLEQ site, go to Settings in the left-sidebar menu and then select Integrations.
- Expand the ConvertKit toggle.
- Next, login to your ConvertKit account here.
- Once opened, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down, select Settings.
- In the Settings dashboard, click on Advanced, then copy the API Key and API Secret
The API Secret is hidden, click Show button to reveal it.
- Go back to your site and paste the both API in the fields provided.
- Once done, click on SAVE CHANGES.
Note: If you want to add subscriber’s extra information to the optin form (last name and phone) and save to ConvertKit, you may select custom fields from the drop-down for the Last Name and Phone or you may also create a new one.
That’s it! This integration will now allow you to add new contacts to ConvertKit, add tags and custom field values. As well as create new tags and custom fields from your site.
