13045 – How to Uncancel Subscriptions on Stripe

If you have scheduled a subscription to be canceled at the end of the current period but it has not yet reached the end of the billing period, you can stop the cancellation in your Stripe account.

To do this:
  • Log in to your Stripe account.
  • Go to Customers tab.
  • Search for the user’s email address that you want to uncancel the subscription.
  • Click on the ellipsis () on the right side and select Don’t cancel subscription.
  • Once completed, the subscription status in Sales > Customers in your site admin area will be activated again.

Note: This option does not apply to canceled subscriptions if you selected to cancel Immediately.
