This feature will allow you to set your links to no-follow. This is important if you want search engines to ignore your link. If this is enabled, your link will not impact search engine rankings.
 

How to Enable No Follow in Images and Buttons

• Click the Image or Button block in the page preview.
  In the left sidebar panel, go to Link.
  Enable No Follow.
  
• Once done, click SAVE CHANGES.

How to Enable No Follow in Text Links

Click the block that contains the text you want to add a Link.
In left sidebar panel, highlight the text in the text edit field.
Click the Link button.

The Insert/Edit Link popup setting will appear.
Enable the No follow setting.
Click Add Link.
