This will allow you to track the performance of your courses.

You will be able to see the graph for Registered Members, Course Completion Velocity and Average Progress Since Registration for each course.

Overview

On your admin dashboard, go to Analytics and then select Course Tracking.

At the top-left corner of the dashboard, in the first drop-down, select the course that you want to display on your graph.

The second drop-down, select the report you want to display on your graph for the selected course. You will have Registered Members, Course Completion Velocity and Average Progress Since Registration for each course.

Registered Members – This will show how many people became Active for the selected course.
Course Completion Velocity – This will show you how fast does your course gets completed.
Average Progress Since Registration – This will show you how much being completed on average since they registered.

At the top-right corner of the dashboard, from the drop-down, select a preset period you want to review or choose a Custom Period using the option at the bottom of the menu.
You will have a selection from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, All Time and lastly, Custom Period.Note: Course Completion Velocity and Average Progress Since Registration Data is only available from the date this feature was released on 21 Jan 2020

Below you will see the table with all the courses listed and the numbers of each report.
This is where you can quickly see the progress for each course.

You can easily search a specific course you are looking for. Simply enter the name of the course to the Filter box.

If you want to reorganize the table, simply click on the headers.

Avg/Member – Average Course completion per member
100% – % of members who have completed 100% of the course.
99-76% – % of members who have completed 99-76% of the course.
75-51% – % of members who have completed 75-51% of the course.
50-26% – % of members who have completed 50-26% of the course.
25-1% – % of members who have completed 25-1% of the course.
0% – % of the members who have NOT completed any lessons.

This is the best way for you to see how fast your members complete your courses and the action they are taking.

If you want to download the data, simply click on the Download button on the right side of the table.
